Memorial Gifts

If you would like to make a tax deductible contribution in the name of a lost friend or loved one and make a difference in your community and Pawnee Valley Community Hospital there are several options.

You can make a Memorial Gifts  online.

After you make your memorial gift, we will notify the family of the deceased of your gift. You will receive an acknowledgement for your gift for tax record purposes.

Answer- You can ask the Funeral Director, online or in a obituary to use certain verbiage. (see below)

Answer- Yes, there are two unique and beautiful Options.

Leaves of Life- This Tree honors loved ones passed and can celebrate those living. Your gift of $250 or more will purchase a gold leaf on the tree. Your gift not only honors your loved one, but is a loving and lasting gift of recognition. The tree is located in the main hall of Pawnee Valley Community Hospital. Click here more information.

 

Healing Garden Bricks- Commemorating a special person with a Legacy Brick Paver gift to the Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Foundation provides a lasting tribute to a family member, friend, or loved one while contributing valuable support to the Foundation.

A legacy gift can be made in honor of a loved one (either living or deceased), or for milestone occasions - such as treatment completion, a birthday, a special gift or holiday gift, a major accomplishment, recuperation or retirement; or to leave a family legacy.

To Sponsor a Legacy Brick Paver: With a gift of $50, an individual will be honored with their name engraved on a brick paver that will line the pathway in the Healing Garden at Pawnee Valley Community Hospital.
